Gingerbread House
rak
Reece Mews - London
The development proposal seeks to divide a large Victorian mews house into two new three bedroom homes, each with the addition of basement and a mansard roof levels.
The winter garden concept introduces a uniting atrium volume, which connects each of the levels to the basement level. This provides daylight, natural ventilation and visual connectivity. The layout creates a series of served and servant spaces with a variety of glimpse views from inside and "outside".
