​The site is located within an evolving masterplan which lies at the heart of a significant area of regeneration in Tottenham, within the London Borough of Haringey.The scheme will provide a mix of housing and commercial premises for smaller start-up businesses. The development creates a combination of elements within a new mixed-use cluster around a small residential square. The three new buildings introduce a mix of scale and typology that reflect the shift in scale across the site, from the seven storey street fronting ‘city block,’ to the three storey residential ‘terrace’. This mix of typology addresses issues of scale and character of the wider streetscape as well as optimising sunlight and daylight levels within the new residential square.
